Circuit Piano
A puzzle game on a real analog-circuit simulator

Real circuits, played by ear

Every level is a genuine synth or pedal circuit, simulated live. Move the faders, watch the trace, and listen your way to the target sound. No electronics knowledge needed — the game trains your ears as you play.

Circuit Piano gameplay: a neon oscilloscope trace above four colored faders labeled cutoff, resonance, drive, and level
How it plays

Listen. Adjust. Match the wave.

A target tone plays on the scope in gold. Your circuit sings in cyan. Every fader is a real component — a filter cutoff, a fuzz bias, a resonance — and the sweet spot is somewhere in between. Find it and the traces lock.

Tune by ear

Real components, real physics

Resistors, capacitors, transistors, and op-amps simulated with the same math that runs inside a real pedal — live, at audio rate, on your phone.

Learn the board

Every level is a schematic

Open the circuit behind any puzzle, pinch around the board, and tap any part to learn what it does. You'll leave knowing how a synth works.

Then jam

Play what you built

Every circuit you beat becomes an instrument — a free-play keyboard and a pocket-operator-style step sequencer are one tap away.

Build your own

The Circuit Editor wires the way you'd point: tap a pin, tap a gold target, and the parts connect — you hear the circuit live as you build. Share anything you make; friends play it free.

The campaign

1,000 circuits. Fifteen acts. All on the shelf.

Act I closes with a two-transistor fuzz you tune entirely by ear. Nine more acts take you through tone stacks, wah tanks, op-amp filters, and vintage germanium — then five Encore acts of real repertoire: ragtime, nocturnes, toccatas. Public-domain music, wired into circuits you tune your way through.
