My progress didn't move to my new device.

Progress syncs through your private iCloud account. On both devices, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Launch Circuit Piano on the old device once (so it pushes its latest solves), then launch it on the new one. Sync is usually quick but can take a few minutes on first launch. Stars, best scores, and times merge — you never lose a better result.

How do I restore my Complete purchase?

Open Settings inside Circuit Piano (the gear on the map) and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you're signed in with the account that bought Complete. Family Sharing is supported — if a family member owns Complete, it unlocks for you too, provided purchase sharing is enabled in your Family settings.

A level's target sound seems impossible to match.

Every level is verified solvable before it ships. Two tips: tap GOAL to re-audition the target while you adjust (the meter shows how close you are), and open the CIRCUIT view — tapping the highlighted component often reveals which fader does the heavy lifting. If you're truly stuck, the hint ladder unlocks after some honest attempts, and a skip valve opens after that. Skipping never locks you out of anything.

No sound, or sound stops after a phone call.

Check the mute switch and volume first — Circuit Piano plays through the main speaker. If audio was interrupted (a call, Siri, another app taking the audio session), returning to the game resumes it automatically. If it ever doesn't, swipe the app away and relaunch; your attempt history and progress are unaffected.

How do I use my circuits in GarageBand or Logic?

With Complete, Circuit Piano installs an AUv3 audio effect. In your host, add an audio effect to a track and look for Circuit Piano FX under Audio Unit Extensions. Your saved circuits from the Workshop appear inside the plug-in, with their faders exposed as automatable parameters.

Does Circuit Piano support game controllers?

Yes — pair any MFi, PlayStation, or Xbox controller and the level screen shows the button map: move focus between faders, adjust with the stick, hold the trigger for fine control, and audition the goal with one press.

How do I wire parts together in the Circuit Editor?

On the drawing itself. Tap a pin dot on any part — the legal targets light up gold — then tap the pin or wire you want to reach, and they connect. Tap a wire to splice a new part into it or to disconnect a pin, and tap a part's body to set its value. The circuit plays live the moment it compiles, so you hear every change as you make it. Undo lives in the toolbar; nothing is precious.

How do I share a level I built, and can free players open it?

In the Workshop, tap Share on any of your levels to export a .cplevel file — send it any way you like (Messages, AirDrop, mail). Anyone with Circuit Piano can play what you share, including players who haven't bought Complete. Building and editing require Complete; playing never does.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. Apple handles the decision and the money — we never see your payment details.
