Circuit Piano
Terms of Use

The short version, in plain language

Effective July 10, 2026 · Circuit Piano by FreshBizOpps, LLC

1. License

Circuit Piano is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement — between you and FreshBizOpps, LLC — governs your use of the app. These terms add a few Circuit-Piano-specific points on top; if anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA wins.

2. Purchases

Circuit Piano Complete is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple, subject to your App Store account terms. It unlocks every act past the free tier, the Circuit Editor, MIDI import, and the AUv3 plug-in on the devices tied to your Apple Account, including through Family Sharing where enabled. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Your creations

Circuits and levels you build in the Workshop are yours. Sharing a level exports a file you distribute however you like; by sharing, you grant recipients the right to play, keep, and remix it inside Circuit Piano. Don't include content in level titles or text that you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful or abusive.

4. Not professional advice

Circuit Piano simulates real electronic circuits for play and learning. It is a game, not an engineering tool: nothing in it is professional advice, and real circuits you build outside the app — especially anything connected to mains power — are entirely your own responsibility.

5. Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as set out in the EULA, FreshBizOpps, LLC disclaims all warranties and limits its liability arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to the game and these terms

We may update the app (levels, features, balance) and these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
