Circuit Piano
Privacy Policy

We collect no data. That's the policy.

Effective July 10, 2026 · Circuit Piano by FreshBizOpps, LLC

Circuit Piano has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts, and no servers of ours that ever see your data. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. Full stop.

What stays on your device

Everything the game knows about you — your solves, stars, scores, settings, and any circuits or levels you build — lives on your device.

iCloud sync

If you're signed in to iCloud, your progress syncs between your devices through your private iCloud database (Apple's CloudKit). That data belongs to your Apple Account; it is encrypted in transit, we have no ability to read it, and it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Turning off iCloud for Circuit Piano in Settings stops sync; the game keeps working locally.

Game Center

Leaderboards, achievements, and challenges are optional and run entirely through Apple's Game Center. What Game Center shares (like your nickname and scores) is controlled by your Game Center settings and Apple's policies, not by us. Decline Game Center and everything else in the game works normally.

Purchases

The Complete purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details, or billing information — the game only learns a yes/no answer: whether Complete is unlocked.

Levels you share

Sharing a level exports a small file containing only the circuit and its settings — no personal information is embedded. You choose how and with whom to share it.

Children

Circuit Piano is rated 4+. Since we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children.

Changes

If a future update ever changes any of this, we'll update this page and its effective date before the change ships. Given the design of the game — offline-first, no servers — we don't expect to.
